Thanks everyone for your comforting messages. Sines I know that was too much Bengali for you...it is a quote that I borrowed in memory of my uncle who passed away couple of days back.

its unbelievable how fleeting life is...just today my friend called me to say that the usher who always welcomed people into our church died right there...a heart attack...there one second.. and gone the next...come to think of it..no different from a light switch....

*hugs*...

did i tell i was very excited abt having found all ur blogs cz till now i didnt know many bloggers from Cal. CRC te jetaam but not much. started in earnest in Bristol and then here in Edinburgh. I'm gonna miss it if I have to go back cz I dunno if I will fit in at CRC again ... I've grown so old and everyone there seems to be kids or they have been doing it for years. I'm doing r2 here. When were u there? Did you know Tuna / Toby / Dipankar ... nevermind, actually. Meeting up with people from Cal always becomes a OMG ur so&so's so&so session, doesnt it?

Thank you for dropping by. It was really nice interacting with you at a time when I was missing not home really but more a time, a place, a kind of people, a way of life, thats now past.
